Master Clock observation
Timers
BCC keeps time in one place. Hardcore and SMP still own what each timer means and what happens when it becomes due.
Snapshot
Not available
Observation only. This page cannot pause, reset, start, or fire a timer.
Registered Clocks
Legacy execution remains active until each clock is explicitly cut over.
Timer observations are unavailable. BCC will not invent a status or target.
